Eligible, commercially insured patients with approved insurance coverage may be able to receive CIMZIA® (certolizumab pegol) for $0 per dose through our CIMplicity Savings Program. Additionally, eligible, commercially insured patients with approved insurance coverage may receive reimbursement for costs incurred related to the in-office administration of CIMZIA® (certolizumab pegol) Lyophilized Powder, subject to an annual cap and submission of an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) form to CIMplicity. This portal allows you to enroll your practice and your patients into CIMplicity Savings for claims submission.
